The program aims to develop personal and social abilities through self-exploration and communication skills, with the aim of enhancing the ability to build social relationships and improve their quality and prevent risky behaviors.

Enhancing self-control, anger control, and dealing with complex emotional situations.

Developing self-awareness
Increasing awareness of the individual's negative thoughts and their effect on initial/automatic behavior, while understanding the connections between thoughts, emotions and behavior.

Building positive social relationships

Providing tools to manage constructive communication and the ability to deal with conflicts while developing practical skills to improve healthy relationships.

Identify the factors that affect mood states and emotional changes.

The program combines educational psychological learning and experimental activities, with the aim of providing practical tools to improve the social and emotional abilities of the participants.

1. Developing self-control : improving the ability to manage emotions, control anger, and respond appropriately to changing emotional situations.
2. Providing a response to stressful situations and problems:    Providing skills to deal with stressful situations and managing emotional problems.
3.     Preventing risky behaviors:   Reducing threatening behaviors by strengthening self-control and controlling emotions.
4.     Building positive social relationships:    Improving the ability to build positive social relationships and provide mutual support.
